Incredible coverage and the intensity options are perfect. Use it after workouts and feel amazing. The mat is comfortable to lie on and heats up nicely. Best investment I've made for my recovery routine this year.
Outstanding quality for the price. The 2570 LEDs provide even coverage and the dual wavelengths are exactly what I wanted. Much better than smaller panels I've used before. Highly recommend this mat.
